This post is Grade 2, 20 hours per week, 8.30am – 12:30pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year. Actual Salary: £11,564.75 per annum. This is a temporary position.

Styal Primary School is a small school on the outskirts of Wilmslow. We are seeking to appoint a well organised and enthusiastic individual to join the school office. Hours of work are expected to be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12:30pm, term time only.

Applicants must be able to prioritise tasks, have good communication skills and work closely with the School Business Manager.

Duties will include:

  • Administering pupil attendance
  • Answering the telephone and face-to-face enquiries
  • Maintaining database records
  • Receiving goods and other items
  • School club administration
  • General clerical support for the school

The appointment will be subject to enhanced level safeguarding procedures in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
