An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our exceptional and hardworking team as an administrative assistant in our office. We are looking for a focused, positive individual to support us each day and ensure the smooth running of the school.

The role would be for 26 hours a week, spread across the week, across 39 weeks of the year. We would agree on specific hours to suit at the interview. Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to start on Monday June 22nd or as soon as possible after this date.

The candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to support the running of an organised and efficient office. We would want the successful candidate to lead our work on attendance and club provision, as well as carry out a range of administrative tasks which may include the following:

  • General clerical support
  • Filing
  • Collating information
  • Administering pupil applications
  • Wrap around care bookings
  • Updating records
  • Maintaining aspects of the school website

The candidate will often act as the ‘face’ of the school and must demonstrate their ability for excellent communication both verbal and in written form to further develop positive school relationships and continue to promote the school within the community.
