This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher to work in a successful and well-resourced department to teach Music across the age and ability ranges to A Level. Familiarity with recent developments in Music Technology would be an advantage but is not essential, as would an interest in other Performing Arts. Of greater importance is the drive and enthusiasm to inspire groups of students of all musical abilities and to enhance the school’s already well-established reputation for extra-curricular music, with a wide range of orchestras, choirs, bands and ensembles, containing talented musicians.
The school has excellent facilities for the performing arts with a modern Music and Drama block. Applications from experienced and early career teachers are welcome.
