As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking individual to join our team in a Customer Service / Sales Role. We are seeking a motivated and solution driven Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join our team at Cheshire Plants Ltd, a leading hedging and screening nursery.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Identifying upselling opportunities for other products whilst on the phone to customers.
Face to face showroom visits with potential customers to sell the products.
Provide detailed information about our hedging and screening nursery products and services.
Assist customers with their orders and address any concerns or issues.
Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
Previous experience in customer service and sales is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving and solution driven character.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of horticulture or gardening is a plus!
