We are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join our well‑established Development Management team at Cheshire East. You will manage a varied and interesting caseload of planning applications and play an important role in decision making to meet our objectives of delivering sustainable development within Cheshire East. We provide a flexible and supportive working environment with hybrid options to work from home and the office (Crewe or Macclesfield).
About the Role
- Manage a varied caseload of planning applications.
- Provide pre‑application advice to applicants and stakeholders.
- Represent the Council at appeals.

- Organised with an eye for detail, excellent report writing and IT skills.
