An exciting opportunity has become available for a Data and Payments Business Support Officer to join our Children and Families Service. You will assist in managing data and assisting with payment processes related to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). The position is for 1 FTE (37 hrs).
Responsibilities
- Maintain the SEND Payments Inbox and resolve enquiries.
- Support the Finance and Data Quality assurance officer to manage payment data, processes, and associated systems.
- Monitor, collate and interpret volumes of data.
- Accurately input cost data into our client record management system.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the operational areas of the SEND service.
- Proficiency in databases and data processing, including Excel and client record management systems.
- Administrative experience.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection principles.
