Crewe & Nantwich SLN is looking for 2 Community Support Workers to join the team. We have one 20-hour post and one 19-hour post available for suitable candidates.

We provide support to adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes in the Crewe & Nantwich areas. Each person has an individual support plan outlining their support needs and preferences.

We now use a digital system to access service users\’ folders online, write daily notes, and record activities. Therefore, familiarity with information technology is essential, although training will be provided.

Care4CE supports people with learning disabilities and individuals with physical and sensory disabilities. We are recruiting Support Workers and welcome applications from those interested in working within the Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Network Team.

The successful candidates will demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and also work independently. We value strong principles in social care, emphasizing the importance of individuals having as much choice and control as possible over their services and lives. Experience is preferred, but we also seek individuals with a genuine interest in this field as a future career. Induction and training will be provided. The role includes sleep-ins, weekend work, and shift work.
