The role is to provide support for tenants to live in their own homes and access their local and wider community.
We are looking to recruit staff to work in at the Knutsford Supported Living Network.
Support is provided 24/7 and focussed on enabling individuals to maximise their independence and choice.
Support provided consists of assisting tenants with all aspects of daily living , household management (i.e. cleaning tasks, weekly food shopping , preparation of meals, managing finances and accessing community services.
In addition care is provided to tenants in accordance with assessed needs reflected within individual tenants care and support plans which may include assistance with personal care , administration of medication , accessing community services i.e. GP services , attending hospital appointments.
Experience of working within the care sector is desirable however if you have the necessary qualities required for the role , have a friendly and positive approach we would welcome your application.
Induction and training will be given to the successful applicants.
