The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced HGV mechanic who is a team player and can service and repair HGVs to MOT standard. We require someone reliable, flexible, hardworking, and able to communicate effectively, with a strong commitment to Health & Safety.

Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Report all vehicle defects to the garage manager.
  • Conduct safety inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards.
  • Perform thorough inspections following DVSA guidelines.
  • Complete safety inspection sheets and job write-ups using provided tablets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HGV mechanic.
  • Current driving licence essential; HGV licence beneficial but not essential.
