Key Person Specification Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) vocational qualification in Groundworks, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Groundworks or related construction field.
- At least 2 years of industry experience within Groundworks or a related commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of excavation, drainage, concreting, and site preparation.
- Good knowledge of UK construction regulations (CSCS, H&S, NRSWA etc.).
- Assessor qualification (A1/TAQA/CAVA) or equivalent (or commitment to work towards).
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths.
- Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements.
- Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment.
- Experience of working in further education.
- Up-to-date occupational experience.
- This role will be based across multiple sites and therefore a full current driving licence, use of a car and insurance for business purposes are essential to this role.
