Job Overview: As Nights Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the hotel throughout the overnight period. Acting as the senior manager on duty during night hours, you will handle guest concerns professionally, oversee hotel operations, check guests in and out, support guest needs, coordinate emergency responses if required and ensure the property is fully prepared for the following day’s business activities. This role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, operational accuracy, security standards, and seamless communication between departments. You will combine hands-on operational leadership with administrative and financial responsibilities, ensuring that all overnight procedures are completed accurately and professionally.

- Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent

Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa is located in Kenilworth, close to Warwick and is a 4*, 205-bedroom property. Our hotel has The River Room restaurant, the Manor & terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
