The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellness Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalised coaching to members on a wide range of health and wellness topics, including weight management, fitness, stress, and work-life balance.
You will deliver wellness inductions, create tailored exercise programmes based on each member’s goals and lifestyle, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve lasting changes. Your coaching will empower members to make positive behavioural and lifestyle changes, and you’ll monitor their progress to ensure they stay on track.
Building strong, authentic relationships with members will be key, as you foster a positive, engaging environment. You will also drive member interaction, upsell services, and work to retain memberships. You’ll ensure the gym is a safe, hygienic space by maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing routine cleaning checks.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver high‑quality Personal Training (PT) sessions. This offers significant additional earning potential and the chance to build and grow your client base within a supportive, premium facility. Our Wellness Coaches are expected to develop a consistent PT client base, typically delivering between 8–12 hours of sessions per week. PT earnings are structured through a tiered pay system, where your hourly rate increases based on the number of sessions delivered monthly.
Earning Potential
Your total salary will reflect both your contracted hours as a Wellness Coach and the number of PT sessions delivered weekly. The more sessions you deliver, the higher your tier – and the greater your earning potential.
