CHESCO Services is accepting applications and/or letters requesting a transfer for the following position: Coordinator of Residential Services. Full time position at Midlands Administrative Office
Responsible for supervision and quality assurance of agency's residential programs pursuant to applicable federal and state laws, which include, Community Training Homes, Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCF) and Supervised Living Programs for persons with intellectual disabilities located throughout the Midlands area.
Ensures proper documentation in each program to include staff responsibilities, staff training, client programming and training, and agency policies and procedures.
Acts as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Residential Director.
Covers on-call duty as needed.
- PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human services field; five years work in a human service field; preferably intellectual disabilities.
- Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention). Subject to annual TB test.
- Valid driver's license from state of residence and ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.
