  • Support regional social media managers in developing realistic quarterly and monthly content plans.
  • Help local social media teams prioritise requests and balance campaign, local and always‑on content.
  • Coordinate cross‑regional requests, including but not limited to markets such as Nordics and Israel, with clear owners, briefs and deadlines.
  • Flag content volumes or requests that exceed available capacity and propose adjustments.

  • Define what good social content looks like across themes, formats, cadence and storytelling.
  • Review priority content and provide specific, actionable feedback on messaging, audience relevance and quality.
  • Apply editorial judgement to all content and recommendations, including AI‑assisted work, before sharing them.
  • Support regional managers to improve their own output while retaining ownership of execution.

Performance review and optimisation — 15%

  • Review regional performance and identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Recommend practical changes to content, formats and planning based on results.
  • Work with regional managers to test improvements and share useful learning across markets.

Stakeholder collaboration and workflow oversight — 10%

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Social Media EMEA and collaborate with the Social Media Lead, regional managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility of assigned work in Airtable, including status, ownership, approvals and blockers.

  • Raise capacity concerns early, identifying the affected deliverables and proposing trade‑offs.
