Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery.
You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
Details of the role
This role supports the Cloud ABM Marketing, UKI team, delivering event experiences and integrated campaigns that build awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
The Program Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, campaigns, product marketing and agency partners to deliver high-impact events and customer experiences.
The role is embedded within our clients Cloud’s regional marketing team through Chesamel Group
Core responsibilities
- Plan, build, execute and analyse Account Based Marketing campaigns, events and initiatives based on the approved regional strategy, working in alignment with the regional marketing strategy programme and with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
- Develop, execute, roll out and optimise campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, and product engagement, including through customer conferences, seminars, education and engagement tactics.
- Support the wider team and ABM Leads on execution requirements.
- Brief and manage agencies to create content including case studies, thought leadership assets and blogs.
- Collect and analyse campaign data to draw insights and identify solutions to optimise future activity.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and media agencies to execute and monitor campaigns.
- Collect best practices and provide campaign learnings across the region.
- Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches.
- Drive programme-wide progress across ABM initiatives, with less focus on account-specific tasks and greater emphasis on delivering regional impact.
- Play a key role in accelerating progress in H2 2025, ensuring continued momentum across marketing initiatives.
- Take ownership of planning and delivering events at pace, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Bring an energy and passion for live and virtual events, ensuring they are executed to a high standard and aligned with strategic goals.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Solid (ideally 7+ years) B2B marketing experience within a Cloud or IT enterprise environment.
- Confident on stakeholder management with director level sales direct interface.
- Proven experience in Account Based Marketing.
- Background working with technology vendors and their customers.
- Strong experience in marketing campaign strategy and execution.
- Highly data-driven – able to use insights to drive and optimise campaign performance.
- Executive presence and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding project management capabilities, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, and complex international projects.
- Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion and capability for delivering events at scale with speed, precision, and impact.
