You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
The Role
As the Partner Marketing Manager for Phones and Accessories across EMEA, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and integrated campaign execution in collaboration with key partners. Operating at the intersection of strategic planning, creative development, and performance marketing, you will drive revenue growth while strengthening the brand across diverse European markets. Your role will emphasise localisation, customer-centric experiences, and flawless execution. You will deliver high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives that effectively resonate with regional audiences and support business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with business goals and sales targets across global markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain).
- Creative Development & Customer Experience: Oversee the full creative lifecycle—from concept to execution. Ensure best-in-class customer experiences across market touchpoints through impactful visuals and messaging.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead disruptive, integrated marketing campaigns across key retail and promotional periods. Drive campaign performance through creative excellence and data-driven optimization.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Develop and execute marketing launch strategies for new products and accessories, focusing on creativity, partner enablement, and sell-through success.
- Product Messaging & Localisation: Define and tailor product positioning and messaging to regional audiences, ensuring relevance and resonance in each local market.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver brand-consistent campaigns. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Executional Excellence: Manage CRM and digital campaigns to support product launches and promotions. Ensure readiness across digital shelves, paid media, and CRM activities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure campaign impact and deliver insights through structured post-campaign analysis. Optimize future GTM efforts based on learnings.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, brand marketing, or go-to-market strategy—preferably within the tech, e-commerce, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with marketing services, retail media, and on-site merchandising tools.
- Experience launching and scaling consumer tech products, especially smartphones or accessories, in e-commerce environments.
- Skilled in planning and executing go-to-market strategies that align with commercial objectives across multiple EMEA markets.
- Experienced in leading end-to-end creative development and managing high-impact, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaborator with a track record of managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Data-driven marketer with a focus on performance optimization, campaign reporting, and insight-led decision-making.
- Proficient in adapting global product positioning and messaging to resonate with local customer needs and cultural nuances.
