We are looking for a Workforce Operations Manager who can lead three critical functions: a high-performing talent acquisition operation, people performance and development, and workforce-related operational support. You will work closely with the Leadership team — including the Chief Client Officer and pillar leads — to ensure that people strategy, talent pipeline, and operational processes are aligned and functioning at pace.
Talent Onboarding- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience at all times, from first contact through to offer.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline across Chesamel's key delivery disciplines — Workforce, Digital, Marketing, and Sustainable Transformation.
- Partner with the bench management and Discoverwork processes to ensure fractional, embedded, and direct talent is sourced effectively.
- Track and report on time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health metrics.
- Support the smooth running of workforce-related operational processes — including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor/supplier coordination where it relates to people delivery.
- Maintain accurate workforce data, records, and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies within the workforce function, supporting improvements that enhance team experience and delivery quality.
5+ years of experience in a people-related and/or operations role — spanning some combination of talent acquisition, HR, people management, and operational delivery. Experience in a consultancy, professional services, or fast-growth environment is strongly preferred. Exposure to international talent or multi-entity structures (UK, MENA, or similar) is a plus. Commercially astute — understands how people and operations connect to business performance.
