Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

The Role

This role supports our clients Shopping Product Marketing team across EMEA, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and operational initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign management, facilitate collaboration between internal teams, creators, agencies, and external partners, and maintain operational excellence across multiple concurrent workstreams. This role plays a key part in scaling YouTube Shopping’s marketing impact across the region through efficient project management, cross-functional alignment, and flawless delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support The Shopping Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams on OKRs, focusing on operational execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Manage campaign workflows from briefing through to delivery, including timelines, feedback, and asset management.
  • Coordinate between creative agencies, internal marketing teams, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g. networks, partnerships).
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project trackers with regular campaign updates for PMMs and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration and communication across all workstreams to ensure high-quality, on-time outputs.
  • Support event marketing, creator communications, and production deliverables as part of wider growth initiatives.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure best-in-class project delivery.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing project management within marketing or operations, ideally supporting tech, digital, or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle (briefing, creative development, media execution, reporting).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive initiatives through to completion.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable qualifications and skills:

  • Experience working within or alongside global tech organisations.
  • Familiarity with creative agency workflows and marketing production environments.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace.
