Chesamel Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing and Client Engagement Lead to lead our marketing initiatives whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on client engagement to drive business growth, enhance the Chesamel Group brand presence, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across our diverse portfolio of services.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis for all campaigns
- Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and creative asset development
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic client accounts
- Develop client engagement strategies to increase retention and satisfaction
- Conduct regular client reviews, feedback sessions, and business development meetings
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling initiatives
- Resolve client concerns and ensure timely delivery of marketing solutions
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor marketing team members and junior staff
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
- Present marketing performance and client insights to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and client service delivery
Performance and Analysis
- Track and analyse marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and client engagement metrics
- Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing ROI and client satisfaction scores
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and client engagement approaches
- Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems for enhanced efficiency
Education and Experience
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Master\’s degree or professional qualification preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience with client-facing responsibilities
- 2+ years in a senior marketing or account management role

- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportin

- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Background in event marketing and trade show management
- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Previous experience in a client services or consulting environment
