The Team Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad‑hoc on demand project delivery.

You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

About the role: This role will be responsible for managing event operations and logistics across the our clients Cloud EMEA ABM team.

It will play a critical part in the successful execution of high-profile events.

The Project Event Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and logistics of approximately 25+ events, including workshops, preliminary meetings, and C-level engagements.

This position requires strong organisational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This is a busy team that requires a really proactive, organised person.

Core

Responsibilities: Project Management & Tracking (Core) Maintain, update, and own all event trackers, templates, and resource repositories.

Manage rigorous follow-ups with sales teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to keep timelines on track.

Manage event scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.

Process invoices and purchase orders related to event logistics.

Event Planning & Logistics Plan all event aspects, including venue selection, catering, A/V setup, and materials.

Secure in-house event space (AV, security, room bookings) via internal booking systems.

Manage branded physical assets (banners, signage, badges, lanyards).
