You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an ambitious midâlevel Product Marketing Manager who thrives in handsâon delivery. This role is focused purely on execution and project ownership, not people management. We are looking for a coachable individual (3 to 6 years experience) who excels at turning strategy into measurable action. You will own projects endâtoâend after onboarding, working closely with crossâfunctional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
Core Responsibilities (Execution Focus)
- Execute regional goâtoâmarket plans for new creator and viewerâfacing product launches across EMEA.
- Localise global GTM strategies, adapting messaging for local audiences, cultural moments, and regional channels.
- Execute integrated regional and local marketing initiatives across channels such as social, email, web, and inâproduct surfaces.
- Manage creative execution by briefing agencies and internal teams, reviewing assets, and ensuring onâtime delivery.
Viewerâ & CreatorâFocused Storytelling with Data
- Develop a strong understanding of the EMEA creator and viewer ecosystem, combining user research, product usage data, and market insights.
- Analyse performance data, experimentation results, and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for improving adoption, engagement, and monetisation.
- Support storytelling that resonates directly with end users (viewers and creators), leveraging a strong B2C/consumer perspective.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product marketing optimisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a closely related executionâheavy field.
- Strong, handsâon execution experience; prior people management experience is not required.
- B2C / Consumer Experience is Essential: Proven experience in consumer, subscription, marketplace, media, or entertainment products (e.g., streaming, mobility, food delivery, FinTech, eâcommerce).
- Experience with monetisation features, user adoption, feature launches, or inâproduct messaging is a significant plus.
