Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

The Role:
This role supports our clients Shopping Product Marketing team across EMEA, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and operational initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign management, facilitate collaboration between internal teams, creators, agencies, and external partners, and maintain operational excellence across multiple concurrent workstreams. This role plays a key part in scaling YouTube Shopping’s marketing impact across the region through efficient project management, cross-functional alignment, and flawless delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support The Shopping Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams on OKRs, focusing on operational execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Manage campaign workflows from briefing through to delivery, including timelines, feedback, and asset management.
- Coordinate between creative agencies, internal marketing teams, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g. networks, partnerships).
- Build and maintain comprehensive project trackers with regular campaign updates for PMMs and stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration and communication across all workstreams to ensure high-quality, on-time outputs.
- Support event marketing, creator communications, and production deliverables as part of wider growth initiatives.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure best-in-class project delivery.
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing project management within marketing or operations, ideally supporting tech, digital, or e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle (briefing, creative development, media execution, reporting).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive initiatives through to completion.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desirable qualifications and skills:
- Experience working within or alongside global tech organisations.
- Familiarity with creative agency workflows and marketing production environments.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace.
