Role Overview:

The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across the EMEA region to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue for Cloud solutions (e.g., Infrastructure, Data & AI, Security, Workspace). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep data analysis to ensure campaigns are localized, highly effective, and align closely with regional sales priorities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and localize integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies for key Cloud solutions and priority audiences across the EMEA market.
  • Work closely with Global Marketing, Regional Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign themes, messaging, and assets are regionally relevant and impactful.
  • Define clear campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Own the EMEA campaign calendar and budget allocation for assigned campaigns, ensuring optimal spend across channels.

Execution & Management

  • Orchestrate end-to-end campaign execution across various channels, including digital advertising (Paid Search, Paid Social), email marketing/nurture programs, webinars, virtual events, and content syndication.
  • Manage the creation and localization of campaign assets (e.g., landing pages, ad copy, email content) in partnership with internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Utilize and manage marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation platform like Marketo) for segmentation, targeting, deployment, and tracking.
  • Ensure seamless integration of campaigns with other regional marketing activities, such as partner co-marketing and field events.

Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs on a regular basis to key stakeholders, including sales leadership.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset, including continuous A/B testing of messaging, creatives, and channels to drive optimization and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Development/Sales teams to ensure timely and effective lead follow-up and provide insights on lead quality and intent.
  • Proactively identify business gaps and opportunities within the EMEA region using data, proposing and implementing action plans to close those gaps.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally within the IT/Tech industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns within the EMEA region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (e.g., web analytics, campaign performance metrics) to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in an additional major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and the competitive cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience marketing to developer, IT Professional, and/or Enterprise business segments.
  • Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across various teams and geographic locations.
