We are looking for a highly motivated and digitally fluent CRM Junior Executive to join a fast‑paced CRM and marketing operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical QA checks to ensure complete accuracy across links, copy, regional pricing, and customer‑facing content.
  • Assist with campaign localisation across 30+ international markets, ensuring regional logic, legal copy, and terms are correctly implemented.
  • Collaborate with production, merchandising, and operational stakeholders to ensure campaign briefs are complete and actionable.
  • Support campaign performance tracking by organising and reporting on key metrics including open rates and click‑through rates.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure all launch checklists and operational processes are followed precisely.
  • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and broader CRM reporting activities.
  • Support continuous process improvement and operational consistency within the CRM function.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Internship or early professional experience within CRM, digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related field.
