Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager – Creative Production to join our consultancy team, supporting one of our key global tech clients. This role sits at the core of creative project delivery, bridging strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment across multi-channel production projects. You'll lead and optimise workflows while managing timelines, resources, and creative outputs in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring successful project scoping, resource allocation, timeline tracking, and issue resolution.
- Use Smartsheets to manage workflows, enhance tracking, and increase visibility across stakeholders.
- Stakeholder & Communication
- Maintain clear, updated dashboards and communication channels to ensure timely updates on risks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between creative, account, and production teams to align on feasibility and expectations.
- Creative & Production Oversight
- Analyse creative briefs to identify media-specific production requirements and challenges.
- Prioritise production workflows based on strategic value and predefined criteria.
- Guide teams through the delivery of video, digital, print, social, and experiential assets.
- Operational Management
- Coordinate and consolidate timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Manage and maintain centralised Work-In-Progress DAM systems for seamless access to production resources and assets.
- Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), project documentation, and consolidated deliverable lists.
- Performance & Reporting
- Lead reconciliation of completed projects and track performance metrics.
- Report insights to stakeholders and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Support selection and onboarding of production vendors; draft and manage SOWs.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead initiatives to optimise production delivery and operational excellence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Integrated Producer in creative production or marketing environments.
- Proficiency with Smartsheets (or similar project management tools).
- Experience managing multi-channel creative production (digital, video, print, social, experiential).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of digital asset management platforms (DAM).
- Experience with vendor onboarding and contract/SOW drafting.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with a knack for operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams—agency or consultancy background preferred.
