Role Purpose
The Operations Manager will be responsible for building, running, and continuously improving the operational engine of the business to enable sustainable growth. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, systems, and strategy, ensuring teams can scale efficiently while maintaining strong governance, data integrity, and ethical technology use. A core focus of the role is supporting the Business Centre of Excellence (COE) by standardising processes, enabling best practices, and providing the tools, insights, and operational frameworks that allow the business to grow faster and smarter. You will act as a hands-on operator who translates growth ambitions into scalable systems, workflows, and capabilities.

- Data, Performance & Stakeholder Management - Confident using data, KPIs, and dashboards to drive decisions, align stakeholders, and measure operational and growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Enablement & Business COE Partnership
- Act as an operational partner to the Business COE, ensuring consistent standards, processes, and tools across the organisation.
- Translate growth objectives into operational plans, system requirements, and delivery capabilities.
- Enable faster execution and decision-making through improved visibility, data quality, and reporting.
- Support new initiatives, product launches, and market expansion with operational readiness and feasibility planning.
- Operational Excellence, Governance & Compliance
- Develop and maintain an operations roadmap aligned to business growth and scale.
- Implement governance, risk, and compliance frameworks that support ethical AI use and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee contracts, documentation, procurement processes, and coordination with Finance and Legal.
- Promote a culture of operational discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Systems, AI & Efficiency Enablement
- Own and optimise core business systems and tools to ensure scalability and integration.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that reduce friction and unlock team capacity for growth.
- Ensure responsible, effective adoption of new tools through training, monitoring, and iteration.
- Performance, Change & Global Operations Support
- Define and track operational KPIs and OKRs, maintaining dashboards for leadership and COE insight.
- Lead change management initiatives around new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure teams can operate efficiently at scale.
- Ensure consistent global operations, including hybrid working, regional compliance, and expansion support.
