Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Advise on data privacy (GDPR) and intellectual property matters.
  • Manage internal governance and corporate compliance.
  • Provide legal support for international expansion and new partnerships.

Required qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal professional with tech industry experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to simplify complex legal jargon for non-legal stakeholders.
