Job Description: Freelancer Recruiter Overview: The Freelancer Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring freelance talent to support the company’s projects and initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the freelance market, strong talent identification skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with freelance professionals. Responsibilities: Source and identify freelance talent across various platforms and networks Screen freelance candidates based on skills, experience, and portfolio Conduct initial interviews with potential freelance candidates Negotiate rates and terms with freelance candidates Onboard and manage freelance contractors throughout the duration of their projects Track and monitor freelancer performance Provide feedback and support to freelance contractors Maintain a database of freelance talent for future projects Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in freelance recruiting Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance environment Strong understanding of the market and its dynamics Excellent sourcing and screening skills Ability to identify and assess freelance talent based on skills and experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in recruiting tools and technologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information: This position is remote, with ad hoc working hours
