We are preparing for several high-impact projects which are due to launch over the next couple of months and looking to build up a network of highly talented professionals that we can work with on short notice or on a rolling basis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning).
- Manage the delivery lifecycle, identifying and removing blockers for the team.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize high-impact tasks.
- Maintain high levels of team morale and velocity in high-pressure environments.
Required qualifications:
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM or equivalent preferred).
- Expertise in delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams.
