We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Campaign Specialist to join our team who work closely together in delivering client campaigns. As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns, playing a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define campaign scope, and ensure timely execution.
- Utilise CRM software to build, test, and deploy email campaigns, automated workflows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign effectiveness and maximise ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and results.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate problems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with a comfort at operating as an embedded consultant delivering directly on client projects as part of an integrated marketing service.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM campaign management, ideally within a direct retail / D2C tech environment.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with an agency background.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and technologies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. Stensul and Gamma or similar software).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
