Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Transformation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess their current marketing capabilities, develop strategic transformation roadmaps, and implement creative solutions that drive marketing effectiveness, innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients\’ marketing functions, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for creative improvement
• Design and implement innovative marketing transformation strategies tailored to client needs, business objectives, and industry best practices
• Lead the implementation of marketing technology solutions, creative process improvements, and organisational change initiatives
• Develop measurement frameworks to track transformation progress and demonstrate ROI
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and change management activities to ensure successful adoption
• Provide thought leadership and strategic creative guidance to clients navigating complex marketing challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions
• Stay current on emerging creative marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing strategy, operations, or consulting roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading innovative marketing transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, technology ecosystems, and creative process optimisation
• Experience with marketing technology implementation and integration (CRM, MAP, DAM, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor\’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
