Role Purpose
We\’re looking for a commercially minded Client Services Lead with a strong marketing background to lead strategic relationships across key client accounts. You\’ll serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and business outcomes, driving client success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
You will lead end-to-end client management and shape integrated marketing-led growth strategies. As a senior voice in client conversations, you\’ll bring marketing insight, commercial acumen, and consultative problem-solving to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Marketing-Led Growth
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, leading with marketing knowledge and business insight.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning marketing strategies to support growth.
- Lead onboarding, renewal, and expansion planning across your portfolio, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing alignment.
Revenue & Account Development
- Own revenue growth across your client accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with our internal marketing team to ensure campaigns and content are aligned with commercial goals.
- Monitor account performance, reporting on KPIs and forecasting future growth opportunities.
Operational & Internal Collaboration
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) and ensure visibility on all pipeline and client activity.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Lead regular internal account syncs, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in client services, marketing account management, or B2B marketing—preferably within a consultancy, agency, or high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships and leading multi-channel marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to grow accounts, upsell services, and directly influence revenue performance.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy, including ABM, digital, content, events, and campaign performance metrics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Highly proficient with CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), and confident in pipeline and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to influence at senior stakeholder level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
