We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager with strong Partner Marketing experience to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across enterprise, partner, and consumer segments. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise marketing, partner marketing, and B2B strategy. You’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into impactful campaigns that drive pipeline growth, strengthen partner relationships, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate revenue through both direct and partner channels.

- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns focused on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline objectives.
- Lead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting large-scale clients and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value prospects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including Partner/Alliance Marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, ABM, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with strategic partners (e.g., SaaS, technology platforms, channel partners).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
