About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand and Partnerships Specialist to join our growing marketing team at Chery UK.
As a Brand and Partnerships Specialist, you will play an important role in the delivery of multiple campaigns across brand, product and partnerships.
You will also help develop strategies to enhance our brand presence as we continue to rapidly grow within the UK market.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will support across the full marketing mix and funnel, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and creative execution across all touchpoints while continually seeking opportunities to optimise and refresh our approach.
The role requires strong creative and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Campaign Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact with key agencies, managing content and asset delivery across national brand campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches across ATL, digital, social, CRM, retail and experiential channels.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency of tone of voice, messaging and visual identity.
- Support the overall brand strategy and positioning within the UK market.
- Support the development of campaign briefs and manage projects through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of presentations and business cases for senior leadership.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Support the activation of strategic partnerships, including brand collaborations, ambassador programmes, talent partnerships and sports sponsorships.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maximise partnership value across marketing channels.
- Coordinate partnership assets, content creation and activation plans to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Support event planning, retailer activations and experiential marketing opportunities linked to partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with rights holders, agencies and external suppliers.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience within marketing, brand management or partnerships roles.
- Experience within automotive, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and partners while delivering integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office packages, including strong presentation-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive projects forward.
Desirable
- Understanding of the wider marketing mix including digital marketing, ATL media, performance marketing, PR, CRM and retail marketing.
- Experience working with sponsorships, partnerships or sports marketing activations.
- Experience using reporting or analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or campaign reporting tools.
- Experience within a start-up, challenger brand or rapidly growing business environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
