We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Retail Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of retail marketing activities across our retail network. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, support campaign execution and grow within one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the UK.
You will assist with marketing campaigns, content delivery, brand compliance, performance reporting and day-to-day retailer support.
- Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Assist in planning and executing retail and tactical marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal initiatives and quarterly promotions.
- Help adapt national campaigns for local use, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support the execution of dealer launch events, test drive campaigns, and showroom marketing.
- Dealer Network Support
- Act as a point of contact for retailers for marketing assets, campaign support and general queries.
- Support dealer partners with basic media planning and marketing activity guidance.
- Provide training and updates on tools, assets and campaign requirements (guides, emails, webinars etc.).
- Marketing Assets & Brand Standards
- Support distribution and management of POS materials, signage, digital assets, and localised creative.
- Assist with retail brand compliance checks and digital audits across the network.
- Data, Reporting & Administration
- Help track campaign KPIs including leads, engagement and activity levels.
- Assist in producing performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support invoice processing, budget tracking and administrative tasks as required.
- Agency & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Work closely with the wider marketing, product and digital teams to ensure retail activity aligns with wider brand strategy.
Requirements:
- Essential
- 1–2+ years’ experience in marketing (placement year acceptable).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social, paid media, CRM, events, etc).
- Ability to work accurately within brand guidelines and templates.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Desirable
- Experience in automotive, retail, franchise networks or agency environments.
- Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM systems).
- Experience coordinating events or campaign rollout.
