Building the UK After-Sales Service System

Develop and implement after-sales service strategies, processes, team structures, and governance mechanisms tailored for the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Break down and localize the headquarters' service brand and strategy implementation elements.
  • Translate core headquarters service brand indicators (e.g., Customer Satisfaction Index-CSI, Net Promoter Score-NPS, response time, transparency) into executable business pathways and operational manuals for the UK market.
  • Establish and manage a service network: Design and implement a nationwide service partnership network in the UK to support sales expansion; oversee service provider recruitment, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Set up a parts storage and distribution system: Build local parts warehouses and distribution channels to ensure rapid response for high-frequency parts, while optimizing inventory structure.
  • Provide systems, training, and business support: After the service network goes live, lead the deployment of CRM/after-sales systems, conduct personnel training, and offer operational support to ensure service providers quickly become operational.
  • Promote localization of consumable and wear-prone parts: Drive local procurement and supply chain development for high-frequency wear-and-tear and maintenance parts to reduce costs and shorten delivery times.
  • Build a local service ecosystem: Establish strategic partnerships with insurance companies, road rescue services, training institutions, technical service providers, and others to create a sustainable local service ecosystem.
