We’re searching for an experienced professional to lead the maintenance operations at our high-capacity feed production plant. The Role As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance activities across our plant, ensuring equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime. You will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: *    Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and machinery. *    Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability. *    Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training. *    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. *    Collaborate with the Production Manager to address maintenance needs and production goals. *    Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively. *    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment histories, and inventory levels.
