Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings and content via our PIM system and CMS
  • Write engaging and accurate product copy for our EMEA websites
  • Coordinate translations and content updates across markets
  • Upload and maintain product media assets (images, videos, manuals)
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners
  • Analyze and report on digital content performance
  • Keep our digital channels consistent, up-to-date, and customer-focused
  • Addressing customer queries in our Bazaarvoice review platform
Required Skills
  • Great writing skills and an eye for detail
  • Familiar with PIM/CMS tools and digital workflows
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership
  • Working previously within Salesforce or a services environment would be a plus
Qualifications and preferred skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or merchandising role
