Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Room Manager to lead the Toddler room and drive our child-centred curriculum.

You will coach Apprentice and Qualified Early Years Educators, ensure standards, and balance the needs of children, parents, your team and the business.

This role includes managing daily routines, planning cycles, and maintaining the room presentation, while taking on a Designated Role and contributing to nursery events.
