Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Level 5 Early Years Educator to lead through practice, not authority. You will apply advanced knowledge of child development and EYFS to coach teams and drive outstanding education across the setting.
Working with the Head of Nursery and Room Managers, you will embed our Cherubs curriculum, champion communication and inclusion, and model reflective practice to ensure happy, safe and thriving children.
