You will coach Apprentice and Qualified Early Years Educators, manage daily operations, and balance the needs of children, parents, staff and the wider business to deliver our curriculum to a high standard.
You will oversee planning cycles, maintain the Nursery App with profiles and records, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces while upholding safety and policy compliance.
