Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an Assessor-Coach to deliver workplace support, teaching and assessments for childcare apprentices across multiple sites. You will induct learners, visit workplaces and online, and prepare them for EPA, while maintaining Smart Assessor records.
A Level 3 in Childcare and a recognised Assessor award are required, plus a full UK driving licence to travel between nurseries. Evening and weekend work may be required to align with shift patterns; 20% of hours are expected
