Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an experienced Room Manager for Toddlers to drive the performance of the room and lead a team of Apprentice and Qualified Early Years Educators.
You will deliver Cherubs Nurseries’ robust curriculum and ensure high standards of care and child development.
You will work with the Head of Nursery to maintain the Key Person System and oversee planning, parent communications and daily operations, while modelling excellence in early years practice.
