About Our Nursery

Cherubs Bingham is the latest addition to the Cherubs Nurseries family, opening March 2026. Our plans are to grow this nursery to a 100+ place nursery, in response to the growing community around the nursery. The nursery is well‑placed with good bus, train and road links.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work as part of the Childcare Team to provide an amazing service, for both our children and families.
  • Ensure the children’s environment and the nursery is kept safe, secure and clean at all times.
  • Be a role model for the children at all times.
  • Work towards your qualification in childcare, ensuring all targets are met and you are always up to date with any assigned coursework.
  • Assist in the thorough planning and successful delivery of a variety of activities (both indoor and outdoor) to maintain the children’s interests and to ensure the development of all children in line with their own needs.
  • Establish and maintain friendly but professional relationships with all parents, staff and suppliers.
  • Attend all staff events including parents evening, staff meetings, summer fairs and training – some of these may be out of working hours and on weekends.
  • Attend three paid Saturday Training Days every year (January, May and September) along with an annual fundraising event for your nursery that also takes place on a Saturday.
