- Holds current New Zealand teacher registration and a current practising certificate.
- Is an experienced classroom practitioner.
- Is confident and effective teaching in a multi-year level classroom.
- Builds strong, positive relationships with students, whānau and colleagues.
- Delivers engaging, high-quality teaching and learning programmes.
- Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
