Shift Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shift Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused quick-service restaurant. As the Shift Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a motivated team to success.

Duties of Shift Manager:

  • Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
  • Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect quality food
  • Providing an above and beyond experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun as part of the management team
  • Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and experience you will deal with complaints promptly and in an open, honest way
  • Ensuring that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
  • Leading from the front and being hands-on, working on the line and in the dining room

About You:

  • You will be enthusiastic about delivering great quality food

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or shift leadership role in a quick-service or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Ability to handle operational challenges with a calm and solution-focused approach.
