We are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef for a high-quality Italian/Mediterranean restaurant in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking for a clear progression route to Head Chef within 6 months. You will be joining a stable kitchen team of around 10 chefs, working closely with the Head Chef in a busy, fresh food environment with a strong focus on Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

- Paid overtime
- £36,000 - £38,000 salary + service charge
- Latest finish 22:30 - 23:00 (Mon-Sat), 18:00 Sundays
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine (or genuine passion for it)
- Experience with charcoal grill highly beneficial
- Currently working at Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef level (min. 1 year)
- Strong leadership and ability to run sections confidently
- Stable CV - we are looking for longevity and commitment
- Ambitious and ready to progress into a Head Chef role in the near future
