We are an established 2 Rosette award-winning catering business passionate about exceptional food, seasonal menus and outstanding service. We pride ourselves on using 100% fresh ingredients, sourcing locally wherever possible and building strong relationships with trusted farmers and suppliers. Every menu is carefully crafted to reflect the season, the venue and the client truly farm-to-fork in everything we do. Based in a stunning location, we deliver bespoke catering for weddings, private events and corporate clients.

The Role: We are now seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operation and help take the business to the next level. You will have full responsibility for menu development, food quality, kitchen management and maintaining our 2 Rosette standards across all events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver beautiful, seasonal menus that reflect our farm-to-fork ethos
  • Lead, inspire and manage a large kitchen team in high-volume environments
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
  • Source local produce and manage supplier relationships
  • Oversee food costings, ordering and stock control
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operations for high-volume off-site catering events and on-site services
  • Contribute creatively to new menu ideas and business growth

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a rosette-level or gastro environment
  • Must be used to managing large teams and delivering high-volume service
  • Passion for seasonal, local and sustainable produce
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven catering business
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
