The Role
As Head Housekeeper, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department, ensuring the hotels bedrooms, public areas and guest facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard.
You will be a highly visible and hands-on leader, setting clear expectations, supporting your team and making sure attention to detail is never compromised. Your role will be vital in ensuring guests receive a consistently first-class experience from the moment they arrive.
