What You'll Be Doing as the Head Chef:

• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to prepare and cook mouthwatering dishes.
• Take ownership of kitchen operations, including health & safety, stock management, ordering, and staff development.
• Deliver excellence in every dish, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Work in a fast-paced, energetic environment while maintaining a calm, efficient kitchen.
• Play an integral part in driving the success of the restaurant and helping us achieve our goals.
